Sustainable development

The guiding principle of our school is the implementation of the central ideas of AGENDA21 in connection with Montessori education.

This results in the following goals:

1. The development of intellectual abilities and skills as a first pillar does not aim primarily at imparting knowledge and memory training. Rather, it is about conveying how school children can acquire knowledge and deal creatively with it in an extremely fast-moving time.

2. The second pillar comprises emotional and social aspects. It is about building a supporting “I” strength as well as developing the ability to work together in order to counteract general uncertainty and fears about the future.

3. The third pillar relates to the teaching of moral competencies. Our goal is to train young people to take responsibility for their lifelong educational process, to be able to fulfill their innermost mission in life and to feel responsibility for all living things.
